Evolution of Music Lovers: From 90s to Millennials

I was one of the kids born in 90s. I witnessed how our generation changes as well as the taste in music. I was inspired to write this blog when I heard my sister's music playlist. I don't know why but there's really a change when you hear today's hit. I am not biased, but I think the 90s songs are more meaningful, classical and... I don't know, it's inexplicable. Nothing quite brings you back to the good old days like '90s music, and even those of us who prefer far hipper music today have to admit that lisening to 90's music gives us all sorts of nostalgic feels.

Born in 1989, I've witnessed how music evolves as well as music icons.  Westlife turns into Coldplay and The Script, cassette tape and CDs replaced by ipod, song hits books faced out due to Google search lyrics and chords. Everything is now accessible through internet, even music are now downloadable in ITunes and available in spotify.

If you are a "true blood" music lover, you will clearly see the changes. Even in musical instruments. You will witness how it evolves. I've visited some sites today like guitar center rockville, you will see different kinds of modern guitars and other musical instruments. You can find great selection of guitars, keyboards, basses, drums and etc. Those instruments are far more different than the instruments in the 90s. The instruments now are so modern and hightech.

Music also undergo evolution of different different genres. From pop, hiphop, alternative rock to Dark Bass Music, Triphop, Air Pop Glitch Soulazz, Country Dance Music, Space Trap and etc. I'm not an expert in music and genre, but as a normal music lover I've clearly hear and see the difference of the style, instruments and genres of music. But despite all the changes... music always touches ones soul.

Keep going everyone. God bless.
